Outing: Emperor Pu Yi's Grandfather's Tomb and the Taihe Statue

Meet at South Gate of Ritan Park, Guanghua Lu
Prince Ch’un lived from 1840-1891 and was buried in the scenic Western Hills. After exploring his tomb area, we will visit the Taihe Statue, which is the oldest stone sculpture of Buddha existing in Beijing today. It was completed in 499 A.D. during the Northern Wei period.
